Availability

All packages and services are subject to availability and final supplier confirmation. BVCL coordinates with multiple suppliers and confirmation depends on their capacity at the time of booking.

Estimated Booking Amount

Estimated Booking Amount—Subject to BVCL Review and Supplier Confirmation. The estimated amount shown during the booking process is an initial calculation. The final amount is confirmed in a formal quotation after BVCL review.

Seasonal Pricing

Pricing varies by travel season: Normal, High, and Peak. Cross-season bookings apply the highest season by default. Peak prices include a 12.5% Peak Season Operating Fee.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by package and supplier. Specific cancellation terms are included in each package detail and confirmed in the formal quotation.
