Choose a package, enter your travel dates, number of travelers, rooms, and transport requirements. The system instantly calculates an estimated amount based on seasonal pricing.
System Estimate
The system applies the correct seasonal price (Normal, High, or Peak). Cross-season bookings apply the highest season by default. Peak prices include a 12.5% Peak Season Operating Fee.
Submit Request
Share your contact details, flight information, and any special requests. Submit your enquiry to BVCL for review.
BVCL Review
Our team reviews your request, confirms supplier availability, and prepares any custom adjustments needed.
Final Quotation
You receive a formal quotation with the final amount. The quotation is subject to supplier confirmation.
Customer Acceptance
Review and accept the quotation to proceed with your booking.
Confirmation
BVCL confirms all arrangements and begins coordination. Your homecoming is professionally managed from start to finish.
